Dear Harvey-Swanson families,
 
Thank you for your patience as our staff works together to create the best plans for our new distance learning model.  We look forward to officially kicking off the learning on Monday, April 13th and here are a few important announcements to help you and your children prepare. 
 
Student Orientation:
  • On Thursday, April 9th, each teacher will host a student orientation meeting at their designated Zoom times.  
  • Scheduled Zoom times:                                                                  JK, K and 1st Grade 8:30 - 9:00 a.m.                                               2nd and 3rd Grades 9:10 - 9:40 a.m.                                              4th and 5th Grades 9:50 - 10:20 a.m.
 
Parent Orientation:
  • I will host a Zoom webinar for parents on Thursday, April 9th from 4:00-5:00 p.m. 
  • Click here for the link to join the meeting.
  • You will be directed to a site to register by using your email and you are all set.
  • If you can’t attend the parent meeting, no worries. It will be recorded and posted on the Harvey-Swanson Web page and our Harvey-Hawk FB page.

 
If your child needs a device, please be sure to fill out this Google Form.
 
Starting Monday, April 13th, morning announcements will be delivered at 8:15 a.m. each day on Facebook Live.  If you can’t tune in at 8:15 a.m. no worries. You can watch the recorded announcement at any time. Here is the FB link.
