| Dear Harvey-Swanson families, I can’t believe this is our last week of school! Despite all of the challenges we have faced this year, we have accomplished so much together. Our students have worked so hard and I am very proud of them. Thank you for all of your support. Following is some important information as we head into our last week of school and prepare for some much needed summer fun! iPads Returned: This is just a reminder that all Brandon iPads and iPad chargers need to be returned to your child’s classroom teacher by Monday, June 14th. Medications: If you have any medications at HSE, please make sure that they are picked up by June 24th. Any medications left after this date will be properly disposed of. Free Summer Meals: All students can still receive free breakfast and lunch during the summer months. Please see the attached flyer for more details on how to receive this food. Movie Night: Come visit the Village of Ortonville on June 17, 2021 for Eats In The Streets and a Free Family Movie. The Food Trucks are sponsored by The Village of Ortonville DDA. Food Trucks are available from 4:00 pm until 9:00 pm. Brandon Township Parks and Recreation is proud to present the Disney Pixar Motion Picture “ONWARD”. Movie start time is DUSK. The Movie location is Sherman Memorial Park, baseball diamond #2. HSE Summer Hours: Please see the schedule below for the summer months: June 18th-24th 8:15- 3:45 PM June 25th- July 31st- Closed August 2nd- Open Monday-Friday *If you have any urgent matters during times that the building is not staffed please call our board office at (248) 627- 1800. Important Dates: Last day of school: June 17th half day dismissal at 12:35 PM Final report cards mailed home: Friday, June 25th Welcome Back Open House (a flyer with details will go home in August): Wednesday, September 1st from 5:30-7:00 PM First day of school 2021-2022: Tuesday, September 7th Though report cards will be mailed home for all of our in-person students, attached are directions for accessing your child’s report card in Parent Portal.
