I hope you have all enjoyed this first couple weeks of summer break! It was fun seeing some of you at the circus! The Oakwood office is closing down today and will reopen on August 1st. The Brandon School District One Million Pages Summer Reading Challenge is up and running! This is a challenge for the entire Ortonville community to participate with us to see if between now and the start of school in September, we can collectively read 1,000,000 pages! Invite all your friends, family and neighbors to participate even if they do not have kids in our school district! Attached is a flyer with more information! Happy reading! Our Second Annual Oakwood Summer Picnic will be August 25th, from 6:00-8:00 PM. We will provide the food and beverages, you bring a blanket for your family’s picnic. We will celebrate the grand opening of our renovated playground during this event and class lists will be posted! You won’t want to miss it. Please use this link to register for free tickets for each person in your family. We use this information to know how much food to provide!
