News & Notes from BMS for September 16, 2019
Spirit Day: Wednesday, September 18th 7th/8th Grade Football, Tuesday, September 24th Cross Country. Please have your student wear blue on these days. Homework Club: Homework Club is held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 2:40-3:10 in Mrs. Madacki’s room 208 starting on Monday, September 16th. Intramural Athletic Program: This program is designed to increase quality athletic involvement of Brandon elementary and middle school age students. Students will be introduced to a variety of sports and fitness activities so they develop a greater interest in athletics. You can register by clicking on the interactive link in the attached flyer. Math Support: BMS uses the Connected Mathematics Project in our math classes. This is a link from CMP designed to help parents and students. Please take a few minutes and go over this great resource with your student. CMP Resources Love & Logic: This is a four session parenting workshop designed to give parents tools and practical skills that can be used immediately to help your student succeed in school.
