8th Grade Students and Parents: We look forward to seeing you Tuesday night starting at 6:00 sharp for a welcoming presentation to Brandon High School. This night will include a presentation by high school administration, a chance to meet our teachers and see what classes, programs, and after school activities that are offered, as well as creating your schedule for next school year. The scheduling process: 1. All of your students met with the high school counseling staff last week, where they had the opportunity to go over possible classes for next year and start to plan their 4 year high school journey. 2. Students brought home scheduling cards. Please go over these with your student and have conversation about what classes they should take. You can access the Course Catalog HERE to assist you. 3. If you are an advanced student, please see the attachments that give you more information on these programs, including our renowned STEM Academy. 4. Come to BHS on Tuesday night to meet with teachers and counselors to ultimately choose your schedule. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to call your student’s counselor who can assist you.
