| BMS News Hello Everyone, We had a few more items for this week. Future Problem Solvers: Future Problem Solvers (FPS) newest season of competition will begin Wednesday, Septemer 28th at Brandon Middle School. Teams are being formed in the Junior, Middle and Senior divisions this year. Requirements for the team include a desire to research futuristic topics, identify problems, and brainstorm solutions. Participants should love to read, write and work as a team to creativily solve problems. Topics this year include Educational Disparities, It’s All in the Genes, 3D Printing, and Identity Theft. If you are interested in participating in this academic team competition, please contact Mrs. Tyrrell at Brandon Middle School, mtyrrell@brandon.k12.mi.us, or Julie Hampel at jhampel@wideopenwest.com. Teams are forming now. There will be a cost of $30 per student to participate in the qualifying season. If students qualify for State Bowl, additional fees may apply.
