News & Notes from BMS for the Week of March 27th, 2017
Spirit Days: Tuesday, March 28th, Curl up with a Good Book Day (pajama day), Friday, March 31st, Seminar T-Shirt Day for the Hoopfest Championship Game. Kroger Rewards: Please remember to renew your Kroger Rewards card. You can go online or to the store directly to renew you card. Please call Deb Haney at BMS if you have any questions. Our phone number is 248-627-1830. Penny War: We are less than $100 dollars from reaching our goal of $1,700. Please have your student bring in any pennies or loose change to help us with this goal. All proceeds are donated to the Michigan Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Hoopfest Championship Game: Our Hoopfest Championship game is Friday, March 31st starting at 1:10 and ending at 2:15. Admission is free. Come and watch the finals of the 7th and 8th grade game. The winners of this game will then play against the BMS staff. Quizbowl: Congratulations to our two Quizbowl teams. They recently placed 4th and 6th at their final league competition. No School: There is no school from April 3-7. School resumes on April 10th. Pennies for the Playground: Please read the attached flyer to help support purchasing new playground equipment for Oakwood and Harvey-Swanson Elementary Schools. Have a great day and GO BLACKHAWKS!!
