News & Notes from BMS for the Week of May 22nd, 2017
Spirit Day: Monday, May 22, 2017 – Brandon Blue Track Camp Hawks: Brandon Schools is hosting a summer camp. Please read the attached flyer for more details. Oakland University Summer STEM Camp: Oakland University is offering a STEM outreach opportunity. Please see the attached flyer if you are interested. Spring Band Concert: Come join us in the Performing Arts Center at Brandon High School on Thursday, May 25 at 5:00 pm for our Spring Band Concert. Come see our wonderful band students in action. Farewell to Fletcher: Please join us to wish farewell to Brandon Fletcher Intermediate School. The attached flyer has all of the details. Half Day of School: Friday, May 26th is a half day of school. Dismissal is at 10:55 Aquatic Center Re-Launch: Tomorrow, the Brandon Aquatic Center will be hosting a re-launch open house from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the high school pool. We are pretty excited about the upgrades to our programming including classes for children that are 2 months of age through senior citizens. There will also be a launch of a USA Swim program which is a big deal in the swimming world and so much more. These are all good things for our students and for the district.
