News and Notes for Brandon High School for the Week of October 29, 2018
Seniors: On October 31st, Herff-Jones will be here during 1st hour to go over purchasing a cap and gown, announcements, class rings, and other graduation ceremony information. Make sure that you do not miss school on this day. End of Marking Period #1: It’s hard to believe that the school year is almost 1/4 of the year over. This Friday marks the end of the first marking period. Make sure that your student has all of the work, tests and quizzes made up. Report cards will come home with your student on November 9th. Winter Sports: Winter sports begin the week of November 5th. If your student plans on playing a sport, please make sure that they have a physical on file with our Athletic Office. For more details contact our Athletic Office at 248-627-1827. Haunted Hallways: The BHS Link Crew and Student Council will be sponsoring Haunted Hallways for all elementary students. Please dress up in your favorite costume and join us Monday, October 29th from 6:00 – 8:00 for crafts and indoor trick-or treating. See the attached flyer for more details. Non-Homestead Millage: Learn more about the Brandon millage vote that will take place on November 6th from the attached flyer.
