BHS News and Notes for the Week of December 12, 2016
Charity Week: Please see the attached Memo for the events that will be going on this week. All proceeds will be going to the Michigan Make A Wish Foundation to help a special child in our community.
Bull Frogs and MacPhees: Please join us for two special fundraiser meals this week with a percentage of your bill going to the Michigan Make A Wish Foundation. Please click on the attached flyers and bring them with you as you dine in on Thursday and/or Sunday. Holiday Band Concert: Come join our amazing BHS bands as they perform holiday music for all to enjoy this Thursday evening starting at 7:00 in the BHS Performing Arts Center. Student Activities Brochure: Studies show that students perform better in school when a part of activities outside the classroom as well. Please open the attached Student Activities Brochure to see all the great clubs and activities offered after school. Cold Weather: With colder weather coming please make sure that your students are dressed appropriately for both outside and inside our buildings. Students should dress in layers as some classrooms are colder than others. Students will not be allowed to wear their coats or bring blankets to class. Perfect Attendance: BHS had 162 students with perfect attendance the first marking period. Thank you to Hungry Howies who gave each student a free pizza to reward them for their efforts.
