Education Exploration Night: Please join Brandon High School and the Chamber of Commerce on Tuesday, January 31st for our annual Education Exploration Night from 5:00 – 8:00. This night will feature every club, class, sport and activity that Brandon High School has to offer. It also will include the Chamber of Commerce’s Business Expo all in one night. Please see the attached flyer for some intriguing parent sessions that will sure be of interest to you. Every teacher at Brandon High School will be available on this night. Course Catalog: It is hard to believe that we are getting ready to schedule classes for next school year. Please see our attached course catalog and have discussions with your student about what classes they should be taking next year. Education Exploration Night would be a good night to come out and see those classes in action and ask teachers questions as well. Social Apps: Do you know what your kids are really looking at when they are on social media? How can you really ensure their safety? Please click HERE for a website that will help parents stay in control. Also, the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office will be here during Education Exploration Night to give you the ins and outs on this very crucial topic as well. Cocoa and Cram: This is a study session especially designed for freshmen to help them get ready for their final exams. Link Crew students and teachers will be available for all classes to help you study, prepare, and ace your finals. This will be held in the Media Center from 2:30 – 4:00 on Monday. Report Cards: Report cards will be given to your student on Friday, February 3rd. Please make sure that you ask them for it when they get home. These grades will also be accessible online through the parent portal. Please see your student’s individual teachers if you have questions about any grades. Schedule This Week: Monday – Full day of school with tutoring and study sessions after school Tuesday – ½ day of school with exams for hours 1-2 Wednesday – ½ day of school with exams for hours 3-4 Thursday – ½ day of school with exams hours 5-6 Friday – No School Have a Great Week!
