Brandon High School News and Notes for the Week of January 30, 2017
New Semester – Second semester starts on Monday, January 30th. Please check the parent and student portal online for your student’s scheduling information for this upcoming week. They should bring this schedule with them on Monday. Grades – First semester report cards will be handed out to students on Friday, February 3rd. Please ask your student for their grades when they get home on this day. Please see your student’s individual teachers if you have questions. Education Exploration Night / Business Expo – BHS is proud to present this year’s Education Exploration Night which will also include the Ortonville Chamber of Commerce Business Expo. This year is sure to be bigger and better than ever. Check out the important informational sessions that will be taking place on this night as well. See the attached brochure for more information. Spirit Week – This week is our annual Snowcoming Week with the following spirit days: Monday – Band / Concert T-shirt Day Tuesday – Class Color Day Wednesday – Career Day Thursday – Sports Jersey Day Friday – Brandon Spirit Wear Day and Basketball Game Saturday – Snowcoming Dance Principal’s Council – BHS is in the midst of starting up a Principal’s Council giving parents the opportunity to help advise, give feedback to, and help act as a community liaison for BHS.
