News and Notes for Brandon High School for the Week of June 5, 2017 Graduation: Commencement Ceremonies this year are on June 9th starting at 7:00 on the Brandon High School Football Field. In the event of inclement weather, this event will be moved into the gymnasium. You must have a ticket to enter if it is moved inside. Graduation Practice: Seniors! Don’t forget that on June 7th that we will be having our senior breakfast starting at 8:00, followed by the graduation walk around 9:30 and graduation practice at 11:00. Graduation practice is mandatory for all seniors that plan on attending commencements. Please see the attached senior bulletin for more information. Summer Strength and Conditioning: We highly encourage our athletes to take part in the summer strength and conditioning program offered at BHS. Please see the attached documents for more information. Final Exams: Final exams for all classes will be June 13th, 14th, and 15th. These exams will be worth up to 20% of your student’s overall grade. Urge your student to start studying now for these exams. Registration for Next Year: Registration for next year will completely be done online for ALL parents through Parent Portal. Your name and password was sent home with your students this week so that you can access this account. Please call Sue Duggan at 248-627-1866 if you have any questions or need help with this process. Football Game at U of M: Prepare now to come out and watch the first BHS football game of next year. It will be played on August 26th against Fenton at the University of Michigan Stadium at 4:00.
