News and Notes for Brandon High School for the Week of September 18, 2017
This week is Homecoming Week: Monday – Tourist Day Tuesday – Beach Day Wednesday – Class Color Day Thursday – Crazy Sock / Tye Dye Day and Powder Puff Football Game Friday – Blue and White Day and Homecoming Football Game Saturday – Homecoming Dance Morning Drop Off: Please make sure that your students are getting to school on time and seated by 7:25 for their first hour classes. 3 tardies = a detention for our students. Please take weather into consideration. Attendance: Please make sure that you are calling the attendance line when you know that your student is going to be absent from school. This line is open 24 hours a day and can be reached at 248-627-1825. Yearbooks: Please click on the BHS Yearbook page to purchase a yearbook and/or to get senior picture information. The earlier you purchase your yearbook, the cheaper it is. Parent Portal: Please make sure that you are logging in weekly to the parent portal to check your student’s grades and attendance. This is updated in real time each day. If you have any concerns with your student’s grades, please contact your student’s individual teachers. Athletics: Please consider joining us for one of the many athletic contests that BHS student athletes participate in on a weekly basis. Please see the attachment for a job that may fit your schedule and strengths.
