News and Notes for Brandon High School for the Week of June 4, 2018
Sports Physicals: Brandon High School will be offering sports physicals for all Fall athletes Tuesday June 5th from 6:30 – 7:30 in the main gymnasium. Please print and have the following forms filled out when you arrive. All physicals are $20.00. Fall Sports: If you are planning on playing a Fall sport, mark your calendars now. Officially, the first day for football will be August 6th, while all other sports start August 8th. Please plan your vacations accordingly. Registration 2018-2019 – Registration dates for next school year will be on August 21st for sophomores and seniors and on August 22nd for freshmen and juniors. You will be able to pick up your schedules on this day, get your pictures taken, buy your parking permit, and order yearbooks at a reduced rate. See you all there! Graduation: Graduation this year will be on Friday, June 8th starting at 7:00 pm. Attached is a map for parking to assist you as you arrive. Please arrive early as traffic will surely be backed up with so many people attending. Seniors: Don’t forget to request your final transcript through Parchment before June 30th. This needs to be approved by our Counseling staff and they are not in the building during the summer. See your counselor for more details. Medications: If you have any medications on file at Brandon High School, please make sure that you come and get them before June 30th. Any medications left here over the summer will be disposed of. Summer School: We will be offering a wide variety of summer school classes this summer. Please contact Nick Ejak (nejak@brandon.k12.mi.us) if you have questions or would like to know if your student is behind in their credits. To sign up for summer school and get more information please click HERE. Summer school will run the weeks of June 18th, June 25th and July 9th Monday – Thursday.
