Oakwood Update

Dear Oakwood Families, This morning some of our staff brought to my attention that something seemed out of the ordinary with the water. The district maintenance staff was immediately notified, and precautions were taken to make sure our students did not have access to the water. As a precaution, water bottles were brought in for every student and drinking fountains were contained so that no access could be gained. Hand sanitizer was used throughout the building. Currently, the maintenance staff is addressing the situation. Once they have completed their corrections, a professional water testing company will come out this evening to ensure that our water is safe, as we believe it to be.
