News & Notes from BMS for October 23rd, 2017
 
Spirit Day: Wednesday, October 25th - Seminar T-Shirt day.
 
Parent Help Group: There is a meeting for anyone who is interested in learning on how to help support our BMS Parent Help Group. The meeting is going to be on Thursday, November 2nd from 1:30-2:00 P.M. in the BMS Media Center.
 
Picture Retakes: Picture retakes have been rescheduled for Wednesday, November 1st.  Pictures must be preordered.  You may order your student’s pictures ahead of time on the HR Imaging website.  Here is the link- Picture Retake Link
 
If you are not able to order online, please have your student pick up an order form from Student Services, they are on the counter.  They must bring the pre-order form and payment with them on November 1st.  You will need to order online after the 1st if you do not pre-order.
 
6th Grade Camp:  Students going to camp: Students will be leaving, Thursday, October 26th at 8:30 a.m. and returning, Friday, October 27th at 6 p.m. The buses will start arriving around 5:45, please be here by 6:00 to pick your child up.  They will be in the south parking lot at the gym.  Please drop off your student's belongings off on Wednesday the 25th between 2:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.  or first thing in the morning on Thursday.   Enter through the gym doors and place your child's belongings on their seminar teacher's table. Student's will NOT be allowed to bring their camping gear on the bus.   I have attached a suggested packing list for your reference.  

6th Grade Students not Going to Camp: If your student would still like to attend camp, fill out the attached camp packet and send it on Monday.  If your student will not be going to camp please notify the office whether your child will be attending school or staying home as an excused absence.
 
O.A.T.S. Please read the attached flyer for more information about this BMS Community Service Project.

Lost & Found: We have several items currently in our lost and found which is located in our cafeteria. We have lunch boxes, sweatshirts, water bottles, and other various items. If these items are not picked up Wednesday, November 1st they will be donated to charity.
