News & Notes from BMS for September 24th, 2018
Homecoming Week:
BMS Dance: Mark your calendars. Friday, November 2nd BMS is having a dance. More details will be provided in the future. OATS: Once again BMS and OATS are partnering up for a great opportunity for our students. The attached flyer has more information. Community Education: Please read the two attached flyers for information about two great programs that our community education organization is putting on. 7th Grade Parents/Guardians: Your student will be bringing important information home on the 2019 8th Grade Washington D.C. Trip on October 24th. There will also be an informational meeting that night at Brandon Middle School in the upstairs KIVA/Small Group Assembly room from 7:00-8:30 P.M. Signups for the 2019 Trip will begin on October 24th allowing you to use the Trip Payment Plan. Further Questions can be directed to Stephen Hendeshott at 248-627-1830 ext. 1349 or shendershott@brandon.k12.mi.us Kids Swim: Please read the attached flyer if you are interested in our Kids Swim & Fitness Program sponsored by the Brandon Aquatic Center. D.C. Trip: There are two informational flyers attached below that have very important information regarding the 8th grade trip to Washingtob D.C. Please read the attached flyers and email Mr. Hendershott at shendershott@brandon.k12.mi.us if you have any questions. Count Day: Fall Count Day is Wednesday, October 3rd. Half Day: Friday, September 28th is a half day. Dismissal is at 10:55 A.M. Seminar T-Shirts: The form for ordering a Seminar T-Shirt is due on Friday, September 28th. 6th Grade Camp: The mandatory 6th grade camp meeting is Tuesday, September 25th at 6:30 in the BMS cafeteria.
