Spirit Day: Brandon Blue day for Girls basketball on Monday, October 15th

BMS Volleyball: Please read the attached flyer for more information about volleyball tryouts.

MSU Youth Financial Information: Michigan State University Federal Credit Union has several different programs that they offer. Here are a few of their programs. There is also a flyer attached explaining a couple of their programs.
  • Sweet Pea- 0-2 Years- The Sweet Pea account allows parents to set money aside in an account designated for their child. Opening an account early encourages children learn financial fundamentals from the very beginning.
  • Dollar Dog- 3-6 Years- Dollar Dog members can attend exciting financial events and participate in fun and educational financial contests and promotions.
  • Cyber Saver- 7-10 Years- Cyber Saver members receive exclusive quarterly mailings filled with puzzles, activities, and quizzes. These mailings cover a variety of age-appropriate topics including savings money and building budgets.
  • Money Club- 11-13 Years- Money Club members learn how to gain greater financial independence through contests, promotions, and events. Balancing an account and managing a budget are some of the skills Money Club members will gain.
  • CU Succeed- 14-17 Years- CU Succeed helps teens identify and prioritize their personal money management goals, develop budgets, track income and spending, and understand the cost of using credit.

BMS Robotics: Please help the Pineapple Warriors with their upcoming fundraiser this Sunday, October 14th at Cook’s Farm Dairy. They are sponsoring pumpkin patch and a percentage of Cook’s Farm Dairy from 10AM-6PM goes to the team. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Non-Homestead Millage Information: The attached flyer has information about the Brandon School District Non-Homestead Millage vote on November 6th.

Bus Safety: First Student has put together the attached flyer with some very helpful bus safety tips.
