News and Notes for Brandon High School for the Week of February 3, 2020
 
 
Report Cards:  Report Cards for semester #1 will be sent home with your student on Monday, February 3rd.  These grades can also be accessed through the parent and student portal.
 
ACE Program:  The Oakland Early College Program is open to all students that are interested in obtaining up to 62 college credits while still in high school.  See the attached flyer for more details. 
 
Tutoring / Homework Club:  Reminder to all students that we have tutoring everyday Monday – Thursday in room #103.  If you just need a quiet place to study or do homework, or need extra help completing your Math, feel free to stop by.
 
Attendance:  If your student is going to miss school for any reason, please be reminded to contact our attendance line at 248-627-1825.  This line is available 24 hours a day. 
 
Extra Help:  Does your student need a little extra motivation to do well in school?  Are they falling behind or need some extra academic attention?  Is organization something they lack?  Please contact our Academic Success Coordinator and she can help.  Mrs. Tokie can be reached at academicsuccess@brandon.k12.mi.us 
 
Spring Sports:  Spring sports are right around the corner.  Please make sure that your athlete has a physical on file with our Athletic Department before March 9th.  All physicals must be updated yearly.
 
Book Sale:  The Brandon Township Library is having a book sale.  Fill an entire plastic bag of books for only $1.00.  See the attached flyer for more information.

March 11th – Parent / Teacher Conferences (5:00 – 8:00)
March 13th – No School
March 27th – ½ Day of School
March 27th – End of 3rd Marking Period
March 28th – April 5th – Spring Break
