Course Selection Request Sheet & Special Class Applications due for 9th, 10th, and 11th graders. These color coded class selection requests sheets are due to the Counseling Office by 2:30pm. Any student that does not turn in this sheet or is not fully completed will risk not receiving their requested classes. Teacher approval is necessary for all Honors and Advanced Placement classes as well as for any student changing to or from ‘concepts’-level classes. A parent signature must be on each of these sheets to be accepted. Special classes that wish to do the application process before this date may do so
